A pay-as-you-go service option that gives members flexibility to choose when and how much to pay toward electricity costs. There are no deposits and no late fees-EVER! Utilize MyUsage to track your electricity usage and make convenient payments via SmartHub.
A great way to manage your household expenses and plan for seasonal fluctuations in your bill. Two or more late payments make the account subject to removal from the budget billing plan. If the account is removed from the plan, the entire balance will be due. If a member cancels their enrollment budget bill plan they must wait 12 months before reenrollment.Click here to enroll.
Disconnect For Non-Payment
If your service is disconnected for non-payment, we will reconnect your service once the following payments have been made on your account:
The entire past-due amount
A disconnect fee*
We cannot reconnect service on weekends or holidays. To avoid having your service disconnected, please call us before the disconnect date listed on your disconnect notice to make arrangements on your bill.
