For your convenience, we provide multiple ways for our members to pay their monthly electric bill. Below are some of the possible ways to pay your bill.
By Mail, in Person, Over the Phone, Online.

Authorized Collection Agencies
Drop off your payment at any of these convenient locations throughout our service territory. Please remember that collection agents cannot accept payments that are due within five (5) days of the date posted on your bill. We have convenient collection agency locations at Arvest Bank in Fayetteville, Springdale and Huntsville.
Disconnect For Non-Payment
If your service is disconnected for non-payment, we will reconnect your service once the following payments have been made on your account:
- The entire past-due amount
- A reconnect fee*
We cannot reconnect service after 7:00 pm or on weekends or holidays. To avoid having your service disconnected, please call us before the "shut-off date" listed on your shut-off notice to make arrangements on your bill.
