Board of Trustees

Oklahoma Electric Cooperative's policies and procedures are determined by a member-elected board of trustees. These trustees meet monthly to set guidelines for the co-op's management and to direct your voice in the cooperative's operations. OEC's board is comprised of nine trustees, each a co-op member from a different part of the co-op's service area. Trustees serve three-year terms on the board.

John Jensen, President

District 6, district6trustee@okcoop.org

John Jensen represents the members who live in District 6, which encompasses a large portion of McClain County, including Goldsby, Blanchard, Dibble and Purcell.

John lives in the Washington area and operated a crop/livestock business and deals in real estate. He and his wife, Maggie, have two children, Tommy and Amanda. He is an avid hunter, fisher, gardener and enjoys rebuilding classic cars.

Percy Moreu, Vice President

District 2, district2trustee@okcoop.org

A land developer, Percy first became acquainted with OEC employees in the early '70s when the co-op was the only electric service provider willing to build line to his rural property east of Noble. Today, he represents members who live in OEC District 2 in the northeastern part of OEC's territory.

Percy and his wife, Susan, both former educators, raise horses on their ranch, which they christened "Carriage Hill Farms." They also host special events—everything from weddings to corporate retreats—at the farm.

Ronnie Grover, Secretary-Treasurer

District 4, district4trustee@okcoop.org

Ronnie brings a broad spectrum of experiences to the board room. For 12 years he served on the McClain County Soil Conservation Board, and he currently is secretary-treasurer for the Newcastle Fair Board and sits on the McClain County Farmers Union Board. As a farmer, he understands running a business and is familiar with the needs of the neighbors he represents. As a trustee on OEC's board, Ronnie says his goal is to act in the best interests of his constituency.

Ronnie and his wife, Carol, live in Newcastle. Two children and four grandchildren complete their family.
