Sitting down to pay bills can be time-consuming and stressful. OEC offers several payment options to help make paying your monthly electric bill easier. Choose the method that's best for you!
| Prepaid Metering Payments |
If you are a prepaid customer, please visit our Prepaid Metering page for payment information and options. |
| In Person |
Cash and check payments can be made inside OEC's office from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. weekdays.
A new payment kiosk is located adjacent to the OEC lobby and is available 24 hours a day. There is no charge to make OEC payments and the payment will post within a few minutes. The payment kiosk accepts cash and checks and provides a receipt with a transaction number.
If you are trying to avoid a late payment fee or disconnection of service, paying in person or through the kiosk is probably your safest bet. Payments are retrieved from the drive-thru depository in front of the office at 7 a.m.

| By Mail |
Return envelopes are mailed with each bill and delinquent notice. Payments are mailed to a lock-box in Oklahoma City; additional correspondence should be mailed separately to OEC's Post Office Box in Norman. |
| Monthly Bank Draft |
An easy check and stamp-free way to pay, bank draft is an electronic transfer from your checking or savings account. Your electric bill is still mailed and due at the same time it currently is, allowing you a 20-day grace period to contact OEC's office if you have questions concerning the bill. Visit our Monthly Bank Draft page for more information. |
| Paysite Kiosk Locations |
You can pay your OEC bill at any PaySite Kiosk location. For a complete list of locations, please visit our PaySite Kiosk Locations page. These locations report payments to the OEC office at 2 PM. These locations will accept payments on accounts with cut off notices, however you must call the OEC office with your confirmation number to avoid having your service disconnected.
