OEC allows members on its Average Monthly Billing Program to pay for electricity consumption based on the average number of kilowatt hours used (the dollar amount of the bill will fluctuate accordingly). Visit our Budget Billing page for more information.

OEC has an exciting new service available for residential members who want to take a more active role in managing their daily electric use. Usage Monitoring is a service where members can track their consumption on the internet and see how much electricity they used on the previous day. They can also receive an email alert when their daily usage exceeds a given amount of KWH or a daily email that tells them how much electricity was used on the previous day.

The only requirement to sign up for usage monitoring is that you have one of our TWACS meters at your home. The TWACS meter is the most common type meter we have installed, so it is likely you will be able to sign up for usage monitoring right away. If you are unable to set your account up, we will be glad to exchange your meter for one that can be read every night.
