OEC Board of Directors
Oklahoma Electric Cooperative's policies and procedures are determined by a member-elected board of trustees. These trustees meet monthly to set guidelines for the co-op's management and to direct your voice in the cooperative's operations.
OEC's board is comprised of nine trustees, each a co-op member from a different part of the co-op's service area. Trustees serve three-year terms on the board.

Elected to the board in August 2006, Mike Argo represents co-op members who reside in District 1, which covers Norman and its immediate surrounding area.
No stranger to OEC members, Mike has lived in Norman for the past 46 years and has worked for the U.S. Postal Service since 1969. Mike chose to be a trustee as a way to stay involved in his community.
